Born in a refugee camp in Kenya, Anyier dealt with the loss of her parents early, moved to Australia at the age of 10, and dealt with intergenerational conflict. Anyier created her future through hard work and resilience. Anyier has seized every opportunity offered to her to not only extend her formal education to the Doctorate level and launch her social enterprise businesses but also has a vision for an inclusive society in which individuals from different backgrounds can work to achieve their aspirations regardless of their past.
